At The Courtney at Lake Shadow we understand the unique bond between people and pets, that's why we offer pet friendly apartments. We welcome your pet with open arms and a scratch behind the ear with our onsite community pet spa.

We hope after visiting The Courtney at Lake Shadow, you and your furry friend will both sit, stay, and lay down night and night at our Orlando apartments.

Pet Policy

  • 2 Pet Maximum
  • $300 One Time Fee per Pet
  • $15/Month per Pet Rent
  • Breed Restrictions Apply
